I am a Charlotte native and a graduate of Olympic High School. I consider it a privilege to come home and practice the profession I love with family, friends, and fellow Charlotteans, where I have been practicing since 1983.

I have practiced orthodontics in Charlotte and surrounding communities for more than 40 years in a group practice, a partnership, and a solo practice. I have been licensed to practice dentistry in North Carolina for 40 years. I am a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of:

Education

I completed my undergraduate degree at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning induction into the honor societies of Phi Eta Sigma and Phi Beta Kappa. Remaining at UNC-CH, I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree with Honors and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon. I then received a Master of Science Degree in Orthodontics and won the prestigious Research Award.
