They are great from the staff to the Orthodontist himself. From the first initial visit it was just great vibes, great hospitality. Dr. Alex was conversational and very welcoming. I have referred people to check them out and I truly hope they do. My son loves his braces and be on top of his appointments, to see the 5 month transformation has me and my son in complete aww. The staff knows my child by name we have light conversation they are all super chill and personable while still being professional

I broke my metal retainer (hawley) and was having difficulty finding an orthodontist nearby that still makes them, as it seems Invisalign has taken over a large part of the market. I have not been to my primary orthodontist in over 15 years and had no way to get connected with them as they are out of state, so I was recommended to visit this office by my dentist (Dr. Robert’s at Fort Mill Dental) and was very happy to see they still use braces and hawleys.
I was in and out of the office in 22 mins. I spoke with Dr. Seebold about possibly fixing my retainer, but it seemed ordering a new one was the best option. We discussed possible orthodontic work in the future, as there are minor shifts my teeth from the last 15-20 years post braces. His assistant then took the molds for my new retainer and we discussed the timeline for their completion. The new hawley costs $290 which was a reasonable price for me given the professionalism and cleanliness of this office, not to mention hawleys last for over 10+ years.
I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist in the surrounding area and am looking forward to any future dental work here I may take on.

Dr Albert and the hygienist are all welcoming, on time and answer any and all questions. Great with kids too! Highly recommend!
Dr Albert also found a potential adenoid issue during X-rays and went through extra lengths to explain concerns and suggested to follow up with a specialist. There was an issue and we were able to get a treatment plan after seeing a specialist that would have otherwise been ignored.

From just opening the door and stepping inside, this place smells divine!! And then sweet Monica welcomes Elaina with a warm beautiful smile! Her service was awesome. It’s always great visit for my daughter’s appointments at Burrows! My children and I adore Dr. Culp every time. And it’s always great to see LeAnn! She’s always been so welcoming from day one! Dr. Culp is so knowledgeable and breaks everything down step by step. I’m never unsure about what happened in the appt or what the next steps are moving forward. My daughter is currently finishing up her treatment and my son is next 😊. I always speak highly of them when someone mentions braces and they’re my FIRST and only referral lol.
